ITIL® Intermediate Certificate in Managing Across the Lifecycle exam only Training Course

This is the exam that is normally taken during the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in Managing Across the Lifecycle course. This examination may only be taken by delegates who have attended the QA course. Normally all candidates sit the examination at the end of the course which they attend. If the examination is taken at any other time, as will be the case for re-sits, candidates must bring photo ID (ie passport or full driving licence) and one other form of proof of address (ie utility bill) to the examination location. On attending the exam please ensure you provide documented evidence that you have either passed the ITIL Foundation Certificate by either presenting your certificate (or a copy of your certificate) to the course lecturer. If you cannot provide the physical certificate, then as a minimum you must provide the certificate number.
